Black Truffles

.Tartufo! Mmm, what an earthy smell. Pasta with freshly grated black truffles is the most simple, yet elegant tasting dish to prepare. Flavor a generous amount of olive oil in a large pan with 1-2 bruised cloves of garlic. Remove them when slightly browned and add the grated truffle and a pinch of salt. Cook approximately five minutes and then add cream. Serve over cooked fettuccine noodles with some freshly grated parmesan.
